When you fill out our contact form, you have the option of signing up for text alerts from our team, which include appointment reminders, seasonal specials, maintenance reminders, and more.
Do you work on systems you didn’t install? Yes, we can provide air conditioning maintenance and repairs for all types of AC systems, even if we didn’t install them. To make maintenance simple and affordable, we recommend a residential service agreement, which includes two preventive maintenance visits per year, along with a discount and priority service for all repairs.
Do you offer same-day service? We will offer same-day service when possible. For our customers with residential service agreements, we guarantee service within 24 hours in the event of a breakdown.
What are your business hours? Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 07:30am – 04:00pm. However, we provide 24/7 emergency service, and we have an after-hours answering service to ensure you get a quick response to book emergency service with our on-call technicians as needed.
Do you offer free estimates? Yes, we are happy to provide free estimates for AC installation. If your system needs repairs, we may charge a diagnostic fee to troubleshoot the issue and provide an accurate quote for repairs.
